This post is kind of fitting as I attempt to start blogging again.
I love it so much. I get so busy with trying to get a post in here and there on my photography blog that I never bother updating this one. I feel like instagram is so easy and convenient now it's easy to forget. But then I lost all my photos from my phone this past summer so I have that fire again.
I just LOVE documenting. It's part of my blood. Always has been. I remember throwing a fit when my mom wouldn't let me cut and color these little face figures for the old paper and photo scrapbooks!! We are talking glue sticks, scissors, and good old fashion coloring. That's where it all began for me.
It seems to always be a good outlet to write all these emotions flying around inside of me as well. Although my emotions aren't usually portraid in words (it's never been my forte) I feel like you can see some of my emotion visually.
I'm REALLY loving this stage of life. Believe it or not I even love the PURE CHAOS we are in.
It's what I've been dreaming of my whole life. And although it's not as glamorous as I envisioned it being as a 14 yr old just wanting babies and a husband. I LOVE IT. It's so much better, and worse! It's so LIFE. Every part of life I ever wanted. And i'm so glad I'm around for the ride.

This is the first outting we went together as a family as UTAHNS. WHAT?! I feel like part of my passion died for awhile when I came here. That's a horrible thing I know. But it's coming back. And it's such a good thing. I am finding my groove that I didn't know I had as a utahn.
The transition was hard for me. That's why i love this picture. My face tells all. What are these beanies and coats and socks I have to wear. It's so bizarre because my entire life was utah. And I left for four years but it's almost like I threw myself into california so deep I had a hard time resurfacing. I learned sooooo much about myself. And who I wanted to become. I NEEDED to get out of here. God works in mysterious ways and I'm so grateful for the blessing that was California. So here we are. Starting somewhere.
A new us.
