California, Home away from Home...

Oh CALIFORNIA!! I had been missing you. So glad I decided to haul my camera down and snap a few photos one night since all the other iphone ones are gone. This was more than just a trip. It was kind of like seeing ben again after we had broke up. Literally butterflies in my stomach. When we landed we went straight to a 3 arch party with some of our very closest friends while we were there. It felt like everything was right and good and complete again. This place. It honestly changed me. It was so good to see everyone. And their babies. How much they had changed in just a few months! And ella and finn. they honestly were the sweetest friends. always had eachothers backs and played so hard together. They picked up right where they left off. It was so cute to see them run straight to the water together again. I invited some friends to riviera one day and it was kind of crazy. Felt bad wishing I could have more of a one on one with everyone and truly see how life was treating them. It was nice to be able to go a little early with elise and catch up. Miss her a lot.

I was also able to spend a lot of time with my family. We played on the beach until sunset almost every night. Would wrap up in blankets and drive home. It was so good to be with my cute returned missionary brother and hear his laugh again. We all stayed at the marriot as usual and had some good bonding time before two of my cousins left to dental and law school in iowa. wish so badly I had those photos of us!! ahhh. but ill stop talking it about it. Missing those cousins of mine as well.

All in all it was an amazzzzing trip. So happy to see my friends again.

(and those photos of jude in the water!! we were laughing soooo hard! He just wanted more. The water was literally POUNDING him. Like sand in every single crevace). And a photo of my brother body surfing. My dad, cousins, brothers, they stay out there for HOURS. EVERY. SINGLE.TIME.
